I recently interviewed an absolutely superb candidate in the Thames Valley – working with a Private Equity company. A qualified CIMA with a superb degree and great academics. I came away from that meeting just thinking wow, what a great candidate. I spoke to lots of clients and 2 weeks later we are still searching for a relevant position.

He works at the Senior end of the market Financial Control / Finance Director, running large teams. He has a great attitude to work and life and it was just such a refreshing change to meet with someone who was very upbeat and really looking for a challenging new role.
