Friday, October 22nd, 2010The market continues on the road to recovery and we are now feeling the full swing of the pre-christmas rush with employers trying to finalise and fill their requirements before the holiday season bites in December.
It is important – even during this busy period – for candidates to continue to play to their strengths. The competition for roles in 2010 is still strong, so when looking at the opportunities out there remember that employers will be looking for you to tick 90% of the boxes and focussing not only on your core skills but with an increased emphasis on industry background.
