Our client based in Redditch is currently seeking to recruit an EXPERIENCED Operations Manager to their established team. You will need to have worked in a similar position within a "FINANCIAL SERVICES" environment and have experience of the following:
Key responsibilities:
New Business - end to end process ownership
SLA’s - The creation of and adherence to
Dialler - through liaison with collections and the dialler team
Client Services - end to end process ownership
Collection Support - Initial ownership of full process ahead of permanent manager being employed
HR - support to other key members of staff and management
Administration - management of mail house, telco’s and strategic supplier relationships
Compliance - support to the compliance function
Office & Facilities - asset tracking and basic facilities management
