Job Description

Our client is a UK based business, well respected for their product delivery and superb customer service, who are currently succession planning for 2012.  They are looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent to join their team.  Working closely with the board of Directors you will need have experience of working either in the Manufacturing, Retail or Logistics arena.

The ideal applicant will have preferably be a trained ACA from a BIG 4 background who has made the move into "Industry and Commerce".  You will need to be a strategic thinker and someone who is a "BIGGER PICTURE" person.  This role will see the Finance Director, translate financial information for non-finance related senior management.  You will require exceptional supervisory experience as you will be responsible for a team of 30 accounts staff plus.  The requires experience of building financial models, some M&A work, coupled with an exceptional understanding of UK GAAP and Tax laws.
