Our client is one of Oxfordshire's leading employers - who is currently seeking a qualified ACA, CIMA or equivalent to join their team.  Working closely with the FD in this newly created position, you will be responsible for implementing new procedures and reporting standards and rolling these out the larger business unit.  You will therefore require, exceptional communication skills as you will be in regular contact with non-financial staff and be confident in conversing with these people on a daily basis.

Knowledge of the UK Bribery Act is advantageous - yet not essential.

The ideal candidate will be clasically trained ACA from a BIG 4 background or similar, who has a strong eye for detail and knowledge and experience of working with Risk and Compliance issues within a commercial entity.
