Every message carries a working unsubscribe link, and opt outs are honoured immediately and permanently through a suppression list.
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, and may object to processing, by contacting the address on our contact page. Suppression records are retained so that removed contacts are never reimported.
Data is held on secured infrastructure with role based access, encrypted credentials and full audit logging. Records are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law.
